Rreception lady seems stressed, and is suprisingly rude and unfriendly. There are not any cups in the room, and no call # to reception or service. Worst recetion even for a 3 star hotel, most unpleasant travel experience ever. Unless there is a normally friendly staff show up, the reception shows a big bunhappy face of the hotel, not good enough for 3 star.

A stressful situation at Charles De Gaulle Airport with a cancelled Easyjet flight at departure time turned into a positive experience thanks to the Ibis Styles hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made a late night arrival with two young children much smoother. The hotel itself is very neat and wonderful. While the breakfast buffet was a bit limited, it was still delicious and included in the stay. The location wasn't ideal, but for a short one-night stay, it was perfectly manageable. The front desk reception's employee kindly called for us a taxi and he went to outside the property to guide him to us. Overall, highly recommended for families in a similar situation.

I just come back from this hotel and can tell you that is nice hotel. The bad was comfortable. It was quite. Usually I can sleep if there is noise but here was ok. There is a parking and feel good in this hotel.

Everything was super! Clean room, quite hotel during the night. Staff is very friendly and the management is excellent ! The breakfast was also good. I will be back next time with friend because I am satisfied !

I’m not sure whether to list the positives or the negatives here. There seems to be absolutely zero security at this location other than the large gate at the entrance to the parking lot that was built for the zombie apocalypse. Anyone could walk into the hotel and gain near immediate access to the stairs, elevator, or ground floor rooms. It faces the highway so if you’re hoping for a quiet nights sleep, ask for a room facing the back. We also found one of the 1sr floor emergency exit doors propped open 2 different nights. The website said that staff at this location spoke English. The absolutely did not. If you are using this hotel as a base to sightsee out of, there are much closer options. As a point of reference, it’s a 10 minute walk to the Metro station and then another 45 minutes on 2 trains to get to the Arc de Triomphe.
