Stayed at Ibis as we had stayed previously in Scotland. Knew it was a reliable place. Nice size room, not the tiny cracker box like in Scotland. Room was cleaned everyday. We did hang up our towels to save washing/water. But maid replaced daily anyway?? Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Usual European fare. Replenished often, so there was always enough food at any given time. Was a bit disappointed that free coffee wasn’t offered in the lobby/breakfast area as it was in Scotland. But each hotel obviously does things differently. You could buy coffee and alcohol at the front desk. It was only an 8-10 minute walk to the Metro. There were a couple of decent restaurants around the hotel. Several actually right next door to the hotel, which was convenient after a long day sightseeing. All and all would recommend staying here.

旅慣れてないと夜に到着するのが怖い雰囲気が最寄り駅にありました。北駅までメトロで乗り換え無しで行けるので選びました。

ベッドの寝心地が良すぎて到着日を睡眠に費やし、その日は観光を諦めました。 朝食は野菜がなく淋しいですが、果物が丸ごと置いてあるのが有り難いです。 しかしフランス独特のクレープやケークサレがあったのは嬉しいです。クロワッサンやパンが美味しいです。卵料理がゆで卵のみですが、ダイエット中の人には良いです。 掃除が行き届いていて部屋も広く冷蔵庫もついていてトイレとシャワーが分かれているのが2人旅には お勧めです。夜遅く帰るとホテルの入り口でルームキーをかざさないとホテルの中へ入れませんが、安心して宿泊できます。受付の方がルームキーでエレベーターで乗る方法をエレベーターまで同行して使い方 を説明してくださいました。シャワーは水量も十分でレインシャワーとハンドシャワーで快適でした。 パリでは高いホテルが多く費用が内容と一致しない所がありましたが、こちらは見合っています。

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avec mon épouse sur cet hôtel. Le personnel était agréable ainsi que la décoration et la qualité du petit déjeuné. Hélas du points noirs, le parking payant a 20€ la nuit ce qui n’est vraiment pas neutre mais surtout notre matelas présentait un défaut qui m’a fait me lever avec mal au dos. Hélas l’objet d’un hôtel c’est avant tout de dormir dans de bonnes conditions. J’ai signalé le problème à la direction qui a mis une semaine pour me répondre que cela provenait du sur matelas qui avait bougé, alors merci de me prendre pour un imbecile à 50 ans qui n’est pas capable de bouger le sur matelas!! Non si celui ci a bougé c est justement car ma nuit a été catastrophique à cause de l’état du matelas qui forme un creux. La direction m’explique que la durée de vie d’un matelas est de 8 à 10 ans, dans une maison peut être certainement pas dans un hôtel….Bref à éviter si vous voulez bien dormir …

Je ne suis pas surpris par votre commentaire, sur votre premier mail vous nous avez menacé soit de vous accorder un geste soit de laisser des commentaires. Contrairement a ce que vous dites je vous ai répondu Mercredi 05/03 , soit 3 jours après votre date de départ Dimanche dernier et non une semaine. Comme expliqué sur mon retour, je voulais avoir les explications de la gouvernante qui a contrôlé votre chambre en personne avant de vous faire un retour, je suis vraiment navrés si cela vous a paru trop long. Concernant la chambre que vous avez occupée et suite à votre séjour, je vous confirme que nous avons faits toutes les vérifications et il n’y a aucun trou sur le matelas. C’est le sur-matelas qui a bougé et c’est ça qui a donné cet effet, je vous ai joint même les photos prises du matelas le jour de votre départ. L’hôtel a ouvert il y’a 4ans cependant nous avons dû fermé une année complète durant la Covid, de ce fait la literie n’a été utilisé que 3 ans . Je vous rassure sur l’état de notre literie, elle est bien conforme et comme la réceptionniste vous la dit c’est la première fois que nous avons une remonté sur les matelas. Nous n'avons jamais eu de remonté sur ce sujet et la même chambre a été loué 2 fois après votre depart sans aucun retour de ses occupants. Aussi, le prix du parking est bien notifié sur le site de votre réservation (Accor) ainsi que tous les autres sites, ce dernier appartient au centre commercial et nous avons négocié un tarif de 20€ par nuit pour nos clients. We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, IBIS STYLES PARIS ROMAINVILLE (F), over the weekend of 24 to 26 May 2024 and would like to share our positive experience. The stay was extremely pleasant. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of Mrs Sukhman from reception, who was exceptionally attentive. She helped us find accommodation at another hotel in the same chain when our flight was cancelled and the hotel was full, making it impossible for us to stay any longer. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, giving us a great night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and would like to express our gratitude to all the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. If we return to Paris, we will come back to this hotel.

Terrible customer service from the Black lady at the reception, I had already booked my room which she told me was available on the spot ( 17 April 2024) when she debited my visa card, she then told me the room was only available at 13pm. I had flown from Montreal to Paris and arrived @9am at the hotel, I then asked if she can accommodate an early checking she reply NO. I then cancel my booking she automatically pulled her teeth, and mumbling in French with her colleague. I had stayed the hotel before and met a really nice gentlemen at the reception but yesterday service was so awful, she didn't even manage to try to see what she can do. I guest these days having a fidelity card or being a member doesn't mean much. Ibis Romainville you are done to me.
