Bad experience - beware before booking

Room was very dusty. No proper ventilation in the studio including bath. I could not change the A/C temperature below or above 23 to 19 degrees. After taking a short shower, the entire room would get very steamy (lack of ventilation). No housekeeping if you are staying less than 7 nights. Additional towels were charged. Requested a cot before and during the stay but never received it. Reception staff were alright but the very first night the guy at reception told me to take trash bags to their refuse storage after checkout (never heard of such at a thing at other hotels or apart hotels)

Very bad experience, the staff not friendly. My booking wasn’t handled well by their staff. Rooms are filthy-Mattresses seemed not cleaned for very long time.

Poor customer friendly. My bathroom jacuzi water got stucked and not flew down which i could not bath. when i asked to repair at morning and staff noted down but not fixed problem when i return at night. At tired time they asked to change room and said fixing person not available. next day they doesnt listen properly and also confronted me. No proper response especially for solo ladies. In my overall france trip experience, hotel stay is a blackmark.

I booked a one bed room and they gave a studio claiming that apartment in french is a 2 separate beds and the man in the reception laughed on me when I was very serious for paying for a room of 26 square meter and they give a smaller room and they know that, they said they can not bring sbody to major the room for me , system was down when i checked in at night and the morning shift they deny it while , I wish I believed the negative reviews about this hotel To be fare breakfast was good and the staff at the beakfast, where reception staff specially the morning is 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 room 214 is a studio while my booking was one bedroom apartment 26 square meter

Certainly not a 4 stars hotel.

Inspite of its own advertisement as a 4 stars hotel, this is certainly NOT a 4 stars may be hardly 3 stars but even by Paris taxi drivers, a 2 stars hotel. I booked the hotel through booking and found out that an add on of euro 146.40 was requested at check in for hidden city tax which booking preferred to hide to make the price lower. At first, we arrived by 3.20PM and there was no rooms available. After some 40 minutes, we were allocated a room of the size of a postal stamp. On top of a, there was no working TV. After complaining that the room doesn't fit the 4 stars, we were allocated a new decent room. But it turned out that the specific room was designed for handicapped visitors with an open room shower. Taking a shower, created a total bathroom flood which kept dripping out. Next day, again a normal room was allocated. But the bathroom, although better had its own issues. The shower handle was falling from the slide and I "fixed" it with a kitchen knife. The negligence of maintenance was noticed with the rotten lower mirror. Furthermore, all windows were fixed, air conditioner didn't function and the air in the room was stale and hot. Not really a 4 stars hotel. See pictures
