Dear Luis Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the ibis styles paris romainville . I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. However, I would like to provide some clarification, regarding the languages spoken, and as you have very well emphasized, it is a wish that you fulfill on the app and not an obligation, otherwise, the hotel staff must speak all languages. All our staff speak Angalis, which is the universal language. Also regarding the luggage room, I think it’s an misunderstanding. We have a luggage room and it’s free of charge. The €35 is the price for a late check-out and you can keep and occupy the room until 3 p.m. lastly, regarding the deposit, we ask all our clients, without exception, to leave a guarantee for all the services we offer on site (bar, catering, parking, tourist taxes, etc.) and this allows you to leave the key at the reception without any departure formalities, and avoid waiting in the morning to pick up your invoice; you will receive it by email! Estratégicamente ubicado a las afueras (pero no tan afueras de Paris). Muy cerca de estaciones de bus y metro. Las instalaciones estan nuevas. Por rizar el rizo, falta huevo en el desayuno y alguna recepcionistas no son tan atentas como las otras.

Estancia Cómoda, Desayuno Completo, Buena Conexión Wi-Fi, a 5min caminando del Metro, a la vuelta de tiendas y cafés ☕️. Para algunos gustos podría estar algo alejado de las atracciones Turísticas pero para mi estuvo bien. Aprox. Si se mueves bien en metro llegas en 40min. En líneas generales me gustó y si lo recomiendo.

El hotel es muy agradable: la habitación muy espaciosa, comparada con la mayoría de hoteles en Francia; muy silenciosa, muy bien aislada y no sé oían ruidos ni del pasillo ni de otras habitaciones; y muy funcional, con un diseño remarcable y sitio para moverse y guardar los distintos objetos; el desayuno abundante y variado... El único, pequeño, defecto es la ubicación, lejana al centro de Paris, y en un centro comercial con pocas tiendas abiertas. Aunque tiene la estación de metro a 4'. La estancia fue satisfactorioa. La relación precio-callidad muy buena, gracias a la oferta de larga estancia.

La estancia fue perfecta, habitaciones limpias, baño espacioso, WiFi increíble. En el desayuno se echó de menos un microondas para calentar la leche de soja.

El aviso del hotel decía que estaba a 1.6 km del centro, pero no especificaba que era del centro de Romainville. La distancia con el centro de París es de 24km, difícil de llegar por el tráfico y muy incómodo en metro El hotel es limpio y cumple con lo básico aunque el desayuno es bastante exiguo, no hay servicio de restaurante y la única posibilidad de comer algo es en el centro comercial que está al lado El entorno es muy sucio y feo La atención del personal muy buena

Also near this information you have a Maps were can find the localisation of our hotel! Concerning the restaurant, as indicated at your reservation , we propose only the breakfeast who is inclued in the rate, but you can find 3 or 4 restaurent at 100m from the hotel!
