Great Experience, Good Food, Good Service from Dewi, All the facilities are pretty decent, the room is really clean. The room service food are tasteful. The staff especially Kak Dewi is really helpful.

I really have a great experience staying at here. All the facilities are pretty good, even the food for breakfast taste decent. The staff especially Dewi is very helpful. The room is clean! I would choose Ibis for my next occasion staying at Samarinda.

The service was good, i have stayed at ibis hotel samarinda for about 2 night and what makes me happy is they have food and coffee that really comfort me, i wanna say thankyou for their hospitality especially for the staff who bring me my coffee, i’ll be there again

good place, good service, affordable prices, very good facilities, very good service too, clean place and close to the mall so you don't have to go far if you want to eat and shop, the security guard is very friendly, just great
