We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our location close to the metro, but at the same time we are truly sorry to read that several parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the breakfast replenishment and variety have been shared with the team, as this is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have. We also apologize that the bathroom cleanliness and room setup were not fully up to standard during your stay. Regarding the birthday, we are very sorry if this felt disappointing. We absolutely love celebrating special occasions with our guests whenever we are aware of them, but unfortunately we did not have any note or information regarding a birthday connected to the reservation.
