Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. I am very sorry that our cleaning concept was not clearly communicated and, more importantly, that we did not deliver properly after you had requested the service. While bed linen is not automatically changed with every room cleaning, your room should of course have been properly serviced, including cleaning the surfaces and replacing towels left for exchange. I completely understand why finding the crumbs still on the table made you question what had actually been cleaned. I am equally sorry about the situation with the doorstop. It should not have been removed without being replaced, and once Reception promised to bring you another one, we should have followed through. That is simply something we need to do better. We introduced the cleaning-on-request concept with good intentions, but your feedback shows us that we still have work to do in making both the communication and execution consistent. I have shared your comments with our Reception and Housekeeping teams so we can learn from your experience. I am glad that you otherwise found the hotel pleasant, enjoyed our friendly service and appreciated having the metro just across the road. During peak breakfast hours, especially in the high season, the breakfast area can become crowded. For guests who prefer a quieter experience, we recommend visiting between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., while 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. is typically our busiest period. Regarding the stairwell doors, they are designed to remain locked from the inside for fire safety and security reasons. Guests can always use the lifts to access their floor or contact our reception team if they require any assistance. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Aangenaam hotel met vriendelijke bediening. Handig dat metro tegenover het hotel ligt. Hoe het poetssysteem van de kamers ineen zit, is mij totaal niet duidelijk. Ergens staat er dat je voor 18u wilt aangeven of je kamer de volgende dag gepoetst moet worden. Dit hebben wij gedaan. De dag erna bleek dat na de poetsbeurt, onze lakens helaas niet ververst waren. De tafel van de kinderen, daar lagen nog kruimels op van 2 dagen geleden. In de lift staat er een boord dat je de handdoeken op de grond mag laten liggen en dat deze ververst worden. Is ook niet waar. Blijkbaar wordt dit alleen gedaan als je gevraagd hebt om de kamer te poetsen. Wij hadden om een extra deurstopper gevraagd. Die heeft de poetsvrouw/man erna dan meegenomen en daarbij onze deur opengelaten. De deur was toe maar niet in het slot. Ik ben dan een extra deurstopper gaan Vragen aan de receptie en ze gingen hem brengen. Nooit gezien dus, maar een handdoek tussen de deur gelegd want het is stikvervelend dat die deur allemaal automatisch dichtgaan.

Het was een goede 1 nacht boeking na onze vlucht. Is maar voor 1 nacht en daarna naar de rest van de Denemarken te reizen. Met de nabije metro station hebben we goed de stad bezocht en gegeten. De ochtend erna hebben we goed kunnen slapen en de badkamer kunnen gebruiken. We gingen dan ontbijten om 9h30 maar de zaal was bijna volzet. Er was nog maar amper plaats om te bedienen en weinig keuze. Sommige naamkaartjes van bepaalde gerechten waren vrij goed verstopt en daardoor konden we niet exact weten wat we namen. Er was weinig keuze en je moest vaak in de rij staan om een drankje te nemen. Er waren te weinig drink automaten. In terme van ontbijt granen of warm voedsel voor het ontbijt waren er maar een paar opties. Te tafels waren klein en het etenruimte was niet echt comfortabel. Het voelde zeer bedrukt aan. Onze checkout verliep vlot dus was onze verblijf wel al bij al goed verlopen. Altijd het ontbijt voor de prijs die we betaalden, viel enorm tegen.

Locatie is geweldig, naast de M1 metrolijn dus direct bij het centrum. Helaas dan ook gelijk het nadeel, metro gaat dag en nacht door. Dus je wilt echt aan de achterkant v. het hotel zitten. Zelfs met de ramen dicht hoor je de metro. Airco op de hotelkamer is onnodig ingewikkeld gemaakt, maar werkt als eenmaal aan. Personeel is ook vriendelijk en denkt met je mee. Mijn kamer was snel gewisseld naar een andere kamer.

Prima hotel, fijne locatie dicht bij metro. Ontbijtbuffet viel tegen, werd ook niet echt aangevuld. Op is op-regeling. Werd ook niks speciaals gedaan voor verjaardagen. Jammer.

Fijne kamer die mooi op tijd beschikbaar was. Vriendelijke ontvangst door nieuwe medewerkster die nog aan het leren was qua inchecken. Fietsenhuur en parkeren auto wel prijzig en twee dagen fiets betalen voor 28 uur de fiets nodig hebben is wel star. Vooraf wat meer info over beide thema’s was fijner geweest

Na een rommelige reisdag en geannuleerde vlucht mocht ik in dit hotel verblijven. Ik werd goed geholpen aan de service balie en kon snel na mijn kamer. Het bed was heerlijk, voldoende stopcontacten en een fijne badkamer. Ik was erg blij dat ik bij de receptie een tandenkit kon kopen. Ik was totaal niet voorbereid op een verblijf in een hotelkamer. Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer

Leuk hotel met een zeer knusse ingerichte lobby met gratis koffie. Hotel ligt vlakbij de metro waardoor Kopenhagen gemakkelijk te bezoeken is. Kamers zijn zeer proper en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. De mensen van het onthaal zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel krijgt van ons 10/10 voor prijs / kwaliteit.
