We are sorry, however, that the noise from the metro affected your night's sleep. Our hotel is located directly next to Bella Center Metro Station, which is one of the reasons many guests choose us for easy access to Copenhagen. While our rooms are well insulated, we understand that guests who are particularly sensitive to outside noise may still notice the metro, especially in rooms facing the station. For a future stay, we would be happy to note a preference for a room facing away from the metro, subject to availability.
