Zimmer absolut schön und im Vergleich zu anderen Ibis Hotels eher groß. Badezimmer ebenfalls schön. In der Lobby ist ganztägig Wasser und Kaffee/Tee kostenlos verfügbar was auch mal für manche höher angesiedelten Marken wie Sofitel ein nettes Vorbild wäre. Frühstück hat eine sehr gute Auswahl, leider war der Frühstücksbereich sehr voll. Auswahl dafür sehr gut für ein Ibis. Auch Obst und Gemüse sowie verschiedene Käse und Wurst verfügbar, auch warme Speisen zur Auswahl und Pancakes. Wenn jetzt noch eine 2. Sorte Marmelade verfügbar wäre (für alle die kein Himbeer mögen) wäre es perfekt :)) Welcome Drinks für Diamond wurden angeboten.

Die Buchung von 2 Zimmern für 5 Personen war etwas verwirrend, so dass ich 3 Zimmer gebucht habe. Dank der Hilfe des Herren an der Rezeption habe ich das 3. Zimmer wieder stornieren können und habe auch das Geld wieder zurückbekommen. Für eine 5 köpfige Familie zu buchen ist online sehr schwer! Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Sehr stylisches Hotel nicht weit weg von der Innenstadt. Die Zimmergrösse war als Familien Zimmer auch ausreichend. Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch perfekt 😉

We are sorry, however, that the noise from the metro affected your night's sleep. Our hotel is located directly next to Bella Center Metro Station, which is one of the reasons many guests choose us for easy access to Copenhagen. While our rooms are well insulated, we understand that guests who are particularly sensitive to outside noise may still notice the metro, especially in rooms facing the station. For a future stay, we would be happy to note a preference for a room facing away from the metro, subject to availability. Preislich sicher eher gehoben, aber die Qualität stimmt dafür. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Vorhänge, die an sich schon sehr gut abdunkeln, aber auch am Rand der Fensterrahmen mit Klettverschluss befestigt sind, sodass man das Zimmer zum Schlafen ordentlich verdunkeln kann. Auch die Klimaanlage lässt sich gut bedienen und für maximale Ruhe ausschalten. Die gepolsterte Fensterbank lädt zum Verweilen und Schweifen des Blicks nach draußen ein. Das Frühstück bietet für Vegetarier und Veganer allerdings zu wenig Optionen, da könnte noch nachgebessert werden.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, der kostenlose Kaffee in der Lobby war ein echtes Highlight. Leider lief im Zimmer 718 das Wasser im Waschbecken nur langsam ab. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten als Familie 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstüre. Das war ideal für unseren City-Tripp nach Copenhagen. Es gibt allerdings nur eine begrenzte Anzahl der Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Am Frühstück fehlt ein wenig Platz, aber es gibt auch hier Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
