Elly 직원분이 체크인 도와주셨는데 빠르고 친절하게 진행해주셔 좋았습니다! 시작이 좋아서 숙소가 다 좋게 느껴졌고 all포인트 가입 후 룸업그레이드도 해주셨어요~ 덕분에 한강뷰 보면서 편히 쉬었습니다 조식도 메뉴 많고 맛있고 모든 직원분들이 친절했어요!!

Das Hotel ist einfach nur phantastisch- und am allerbesten ist neben den Zimmern, dem Personal das Frühstück!!! Wir hatten auch als verwöhnte Vielreisende seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr so ein tolles, abwechslungsreiches und vor allem lokales und vielfältiges Buffet! Das Personal ist Mega aufmerksam und erinnerte sich nach zwei Tagen an unsere Zimmer Nummer und fragte gezielt, wie einzelne beim Checkin erfragte Tipps gefallen haben- toll!

L’albergo è mangnifico, curato pulitissimo e con una piscina all’aperto con una vista sul fiume, perfetta per il tramonto. Quello che ha fatto guadagnare ancora più punteggio a questa struttura è stata la disponibilità e la correttezza, per sbaglio avevo prenotato una notte in più, quindi quando abbiamo fatto il check in ci siamo accorti dell’errore. La ragazza alla reception si è subito informata e ci hanno rimborsato la notte in più. Veramente gentili
