Mike and Samuel the bellmen were awesome! Thank you from Toronto Canada Much love awesome service couldn’t expect better from two persons from my stay here. Looking forward to my next stay here. SLS Baha Mar was an awesome resort and I had so much fun. Lots of things to do over there. I also want to thank Sarah she was a great concierge and very helpful and friendly! I definitely want to come back at some point! Peace and love to the Bahamas. 🇧🇸

Sean helped us with our first visit to the restaurant. He guided us to find the perfect meal. The appetizers were amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The wine pared perfectly. Sean was an amazing server and really made our anniversary dinner special.

We just came back from our 4th year in a row visiting the Baha Mar. This trip was definitely the best out of the 4!! The service was absolutely top notch! At the Baha Bay Beach Club we had servers that we had seen in past years and they remembered us as soon as they saw us. I have to shout out a few that continue to give excellent service every time! When you check into the club Deana is your girl! She is the most respectful, fun, outgoing and always happy to help with any request you may have. Checking in with Leann is always a pleasure as well! Once in the club, if you are lucky enough to have Charles for your server for the day, it will be the BEST day! Always attentive to your needs and over the years we have gotten to know about him and his family. My girls absolutely love him too! We had a new server we met this trip that was also amazing. Kwinton was fantastic!! We had him multiple days of our trip and he was so attentive he would bring things he knew we loved before we even ordered them! He was awesome as a server and as a person. My daughters really enjoyed him as well as he would joke with them and make sure they had what they needed! While we spent most of our days in the Beach Club (so the girls could spend the day in the water park) every inch of the Baha Mar is worth checking out! The restaurants are amazing!! If you are lucky enough to eat at Marcus you need to ask for Mark! He made my daughter’s birthday and absolutely amazing celebration! If you are on the fence about visiting this property….you should just GO!!

Took my wife to the Bahamas for her birthday and the stay at SLS Baha Mar was amazing!! Sarah the concierge was beyond amazing. She was very resourceful and when she told you she would take care of it.... it was indeed taken care of. The resort was beautiful and the beach had crystal clear water that refreshed every part of you. If your considering this resort.... Book it!
