Don’t book with the reservation center call the hotel directly way better service

After I book trough the reservation center we had a bad experience we did not have the room we were supposed to have but Renisha did a amazing job re arrange we did have a upgrade for our room thank you so much ! And she did it with a beautiful smile 😊

Good location from airport (15 mins drive) and many excursions offer pick up services from the hotel. It is not in walking distance to downtown. The rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Bed was comfy and we loved the balcony with a view of the sea. TV had lots of channels and on-demand options. Unfortunately we did have a random knock at our door on one evening at 11:45pm - we did not answer but ensured our door was locked every night as we had no idea who this was. There were plenty of pools but we chose to relax by the beach, it was easy to find sun loungers every day before 12pm. Towels are free and can be collected from huts dotted around the resorts. Staff on the beach were incredibly helpful. Overall value is what brings this down - despite the staff being incredible, it is a very expensive stay and something to consider before booking. Dinners were as expected but snacks, lunch bites were surprisingly expensive with lower quality. We also found that the card machine failed on numerous occasions which meant a lot of charges to the room we wanted to avoid.

At Baha Mar with Lanardo & Franklyn at Katusya were amazing fir service and the food was amazing! We’ll be back so if visiting ask for them! You won’t be disappointed!
