From check in until check out 4 days later, this Premiere Resort delivered on all fronts. Food is outstanding, service level very high, and the amenities were beyond incredible. Pool is amazing, beach club w nearby bar & food service leaves nothing left to be desired. Some of the most comfortable lounging chairs, cabanas, couches, chaises ever! Pure-Fection...... Cannot wait to return!!

SLS Cancun Hotel and Residences is a very nice secluded boutique hotel. This hotel is neither all-inclusive resort nor it is located in what is known as the hotel zone where there are several resorts located next to each other; and it is not very crowded. It has one restaurant and an outdoor bar at the beach. It is located in Puerto Cancún and is only a 10 minute enjoyable walk from Centrum Handlowe Marina Town Center which is a really nice outdoor mall with several great and outstanding restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe and everyone is very friendly. During our stay we met most of the hotel staff and they are all very attentive. Jaime Morales (our daily breakfast server) and Rafael Cardenas (the concierge) are two of the staff members who really stood out due to their outstanding service. SLS is really a short taxi ride from SLS to the hotel zone and Kukulcan Plaza which is a great shopping mall and it only costs 350 or 400 pesos each way.

Fabulous boutique hotel experience

Comfiest bedding, chic design, spacious suite and bathroom. Only 20 min from shops and restaurants. Food is fabulous. Poolside and beach areas are clean, stylish and definitely SLS worthy. Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail in the finishes as well as staff attitudes is extremely appreciated
