入住时跟前台反复确认过，前台说有早餐提供，并给了早餐楼层时间信息表单，第二天早上起了大早，结果被告知没有早餐，找来前一晚服务的员工（Sandra）当面对峙，对方一口否认没有承诺过有早餐，我提出调取监控，直接忽略我，酒店装潢看似五星，服务最多三星，不会再住，体验非常差

体验好，但是为什么酒店押金3周过去了还没退

设施有点老旧，床的靠背有一些污渍，房间给人感觉不是很干净的样子，二楼空调好像有故障，无法调温或者启动。

优点：酒店风格比较奢华，风景视野很好，楼顶有无边泳池，但是傍晚风太大 缺点：位置一般，出行都需要坐车，浴室里的沐浴露和洗发水瓶坏的打不开，早餐可选择品类不多，总体性价比一般。

作为一个五星级酒店前台接待员没有一个微笑服务态度，解说敷衍，五星级酒店硬件设施不足，酒店居然没有多余床可以加，一个家庭四位，只提供一个大床，非常不合理，申请加床，第一天说没有多余的床也没有其他解决方案，第二天沟通一天也说没有，我说要投诉，然后晚上才给安排。
