1. 前台将我的名字打输错，退房时我让修改，竟然和我说预定就是这样，我说我是在前台直接订的，才给我修改。2、invoice上需要提现公司名称，和我说无法增加，我要求了发给我pdf到email，到目前为止都没有收到。发了邮件也没有回复。前台服务很不专业。
