die Mitarbeiter beim Check-In waren sehr freundlich und gaben gute Informationen, der Check-In ging schnell von statten, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, groß und vom Design gut eingerichtet, wie auch das ganz Hotel ein gutes Design hat.

Ich bin jetzt schon öfter im Mercure Katowice gewesen wegen der zentralen Lage.Aber leider muss ich schreiben,dass es leider immer mehr nachlässt. Was mich diesmal bei meinem Aufenthalt gestört hat ist ,dass die Putzfrau die Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt hat ,das heißt sie hat nur die Betten lieblos gemacht und die Handtücher getauscht, die „frischen Handtücher“ waren nicht wirklich sauber und hatten dunkle Flecken drauf, einfach nur ecklig. Beim Frühstück stört mich ,dass die Rühreier nicht wirklich gut gebraten und manchmal einfach viel zu Flüssig und Pampig sind.Die Parkplatz Situation ist auch nicht optimal, da es nicht genug Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage gibt.
