Our team strives to provide warm and welcoming service to all our guests, and we are glad this was a highlight of your stay. However, we regret to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that navigating the parking can be challenging and we are always looking for ways to streamline this process for our guests. We also take note of your thoughts on the room's condition and the mechanical timers for the bathroom heating. While our rooms were last renovated in 2016 to enhance comfort and style, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience with the room heating controller. Our team is on hand to assist with any such issues to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. We hope you were able to appreciate our central location in Offenburg, just a short walk from the train station and near the beautiful Black Forest, making it a convenient base for exploring the local area and beyond. この暑さの中、エアコンも冷蔵庫も無く、これで《3つ星？》かと思いました。ドイツの他の地域の3つ星はどちらも有らました。お部屋の清潔さは良かったです。

We're pleased to hear that you found the space in your room to be decent for a single room, and that our location provided convenience during your stay. We regret to hear about the issues with your room key and the sound insulation; we continuously strive to maintain our facilities and appreciate your feedback. While it's true that our main building offers air-conditioned rooms, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the lack of individual air conditioning controls in the Villa. We also take note of your experience with the sound insulation and will look into ways of enhancing our guest comfort. We hope that you will return in the future.
