I reserved a standard room for more than € 200 per day for 5 days to visit one of the most famous Xmas markets in Europe. The room they gave us was dreadful. The last renovation was probably in the 90s. Terrible smell of humidity, cold room, missing pieces of furniture, horrible bathroom. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in hotels, especially for a 4* one. Simply dreadful!!! When I asked reception, they said that it was what I had reserved. For more than €200 per day for a 4*, they simply can't offer such appalling room for anyone. Terrible hotel !! Restaurant is also very bad. Nice staff, though. Run for the basic room. The receptionist said they have 10 terrible rooms ( called standard) like this one. Probably for the guests that will never return.

Good hotel for short stay, not too far from the city, well connected, outside pool is good when weather permits, breakfast is very good. There is a bar but not sure if there is a full restaurant. Overall a very good place for travellers and business.

Hotel very good as always. All staff is friendly, kind and very helpful. And they make you feel like home. Special mention this time to the hotel chef for a delicious dinner. One of the best I ever had at this hotel.

I stayed here on the 11th and 16th of October for an overnight stay to Italy with ogdens travel the room was comfortable clean and spacious I found the shower to very slippy the bar service was horrendous having ordered pints we told they only half pint glasses which was clearly untrue as some our coach party had pints 7 euros a pint 4 euros for a half pint 2 half's costing 8 euros not good making an extra euro the lady behind the bar was very rude as was your f and b manager having worked as a night manager in a raddison blue hotel for 8 years in my town which now a mecure hotel so I know how things are run I would never treat customers in the Manor we treated I've stayed in your hotel 4 times it doesn't seem to have improved when I first stayed there in June and October

Terrible hotel. Dirty and clumsy just next to a highway and in a commercial area. Also extremely unfriendly and rude staff. Mercure at its best. I would rather sleep in my car than in this hellhole. I do not understand why Mercure group wants to exploit such a terrible hotel.
