Dear Mumybetta Thank you for your positive feedback I am pleased you found our rooms clean and well maintained and that you also enjoyed our Restaurant. I have passed your kind comments on to our Housekeeping and Restaurant teams. Unfortunately given the severe weather conditions that forced you to take accommodation due to the flight delays, it would not have helped trying to see the local area, Under normal conditions Harlow town centre is 5 minutes away by car and the hotel has excellent motorway links with both the M11 and M25 close by.
