L'Hotel è grande e ben collegato, stanze spaziose seppur con difetti minimi, nella nostra ad esempio non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Da migliorare sicuramente la cortesia e la gentilezza nella zona Bar.

Nonostante abbia lasciato la camera alle ore 7.50, Tornato al Pomeriggio alle 17.30 la mia camera non è stata fatta ne pulita trovandola come l ho lasciata. Oltre ciò la seconda cena è durata 1 ora e 30 min per lunga attesa tra prima e seconda portata nonostante la cortesia del responsabile di sala. Evidentemente l albergo è gravemente sotto personale.

Vicino all’aereoporto ma non così vicino. Serve comunque un autobus per arrivare ( ed a pagamento con 4 sterline a persona a tratta … in coppia a/r sono 16 sterline di transfer ). Esiste in alternativa più o meno simile come prezzo e servizi dentro l’aereoporto. Provate entrambe e sicuramente meglio l’alternativa, se non altro per la posizione

Hotel vicino all' aereporto di Stansted, elegante ma allo stesso tempo non così pulito, purtroppo la moquette ovunque sia nei locali comuni che nelle stanze nn può essere tenuta adeguatamente pulita infatti sono visibili ovunque numerose macchie. L' igiene è un' altra cosa.Peccato
