I had issues with my room and struggle with claustrophobia and I asked if I could be moved and Peter kindly helped me with easily understanding and upgraded my room. Would definitely recommend and the service from Peter was top tier

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night for a sort of ‘baby moon’ before having our daughter. Initially I booked a double room, however being so heavily pregnant, I asked the desk if there was any potential for an upgrade to get a bigger bed (lord knows I needed the extra room!). Peter at reception was lovely and gave us a free upgrade with a king bed! Parking is £12 and you have to validate your reg number and pay at reception. Our room was spacious with a big TV and lovely bathroom (no bath, only a shower). Lots of amenities were provided- they have large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc on the walls in the bathroom so you don’t necessarily have to take your own. They also provide shower caps, robes, slippers (which you can keep) and sewing kits! The TV has free view with a good selection of channels, not just the basic ones. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but it did look very nice. The only downside I have is that the swimming pool has babies/kids swimming lessons every single morning (see picture). So the only time you could really swim in peace would be the afternoon.

Hotel is ok en personeel vriendelijk. Alleen had management bedacht dat het prima is om in het hotel een bruiloft met knetterharde muziek te laten vieren. Tot bijna 1 uur ‘s nachts duurde het dreunen. Dacht altijd dat nachtrust corebusiness van hotel was. Geen reactie ontvangen op mail aan manager dus blijkbaar interesseert het ze ook niet zo veel.

We werden aan de receptie bijzonder goed ontvangen door Marcin. Hij legde ons alles goed uit. De parking is inbegrepen in het verblijf wat een groot pluspunt is. Voor de rest zeer goed hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt.
