From check in, room quality and restaurant service we found this hotel to be excellent. Particular mention goes to Moses, Kamal and Upashna who made our stay so more enjoyable by the great service provided in the restaurant. We’ll certainly be back.

Kamal was exceptional , he went above and beyond to help us . Excellent service was made by all x keep up the good work x would recommend to friends and family . Hotel was very clean but very basic , no wardrobe, no drawers for clothing and we had to live out of our suitcase.

Very good food, excellent service from Moses and Kamal . Very nice room and facilities comfortable dining room. Very nice choice of wines. We like this hotel very much.the lift light was not working but that is the only fault which we were assured it would be quickly fixed.

Good service, good food and reasonable prices. Upashna was very helpful bringing room service. I have been stopping here weekly for around two years for work. Never stop anywhere else when in the Cardiff area. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Saidur, Moses, nichita , Jordana, Christine and upasana were very hospitable and friendly during food service. They couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The food quality was of high standard and there was plenty of parking.
