As a housekeeper by trade I pay close attention to cleanliness when travelling unfortunately the room fell far below even the most basic standards. There was visible built-up grime in several areas that would only take a few minutes of proper cleaning to remove. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect. This wasn’t a one off missed spot … this was long-term buildup that should have been addressed as part of routine housekeeping. Very disappointed, as cleanliness is one of the simplest things to get right. I could not bring myself to walk on the carpet / flooring without shoes on, even shower or be in that room longer than absolutely necessary due to the amount of stains and ingrained dirt, I did complain at the time although there was no solution and even more so no apology or further assistance hence why I’m leaving my review here which I never usually do but I just felt it necessary. Give your staff more tools and more time!

Nice hotel. Room was very big, but a bit lacking in character. The big shock was the feeling of being unsafe outside the hotel in the evening. On our return to the hotel at 8pm we were harassed by some very frightening looking people. Maybe linked to the change in usage of nearby hotels. Anyway - don’t go outside the hotel unless you take a taxi and it should be OK.

Great location to stay for couples and families as pool and associated facilities were great

Great hotel with parking and around 25 min walk to centre or shirt cab ride. Pool and facilities on site were great and staff very professional. Restaurant and breakfast service was great despite being busy

Nice location staffs are very helpful and nice , Monina greeted me today. She is very nice ! I didn’t show up for two trips but she managed to send me through the receipts
