Nous sommes ni plus ni moin qu une rentrer d argent pour le service accueil froid .donne le numéro de chambre même si vous demandez que votre numéro de chambre ne soit pas divulguer

PUNAISES DE LIT / A FUIR Du 12 au 16 juillet, nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Ibis Budget de Beynost avec mes collègues dans le cadre de notre travail. L’établissement nous a caché l’infestation en cours de punaises de lit et nous ont laissé y séjourner en connaissance de cause. Ils n’ont avoué les faits qu’une fois les punaises transmises. 9 mois plus tard, ils ne m’ont toujours pas dédommagée. La totalité de mon appartement, mes affaires, l’appartement de ma collègue, ainsi que mon lieu de travail ont dû être désinfectés par des professionnels. J’ai dû déménager. J’en ai eu pour plus de 3000.- de frais. FUYEZ

A notre arrivée nous découvrons un hotel super propre refait à neuf, une réceptionniste super gentille et agréable au check in et repas. Un petit déjeuner bien copieux le lendemain matin. Le parking est surveillé avec des cameras c est trés rassurant.

Arriving the staff does not really speak English, the size of the room was sufficient but the air con did not work and once I opened the window I had more and more green bugs flying in (see photos) So I decided to close it and felt very warm at night. The floors are extremely smelly, old carpet. No soap next to sink to wash your hands, the shower needs new sealing as everything brown and toilet too (see photos). Housekeeping entered my room while I showered although I had a „do not disturb“ sign outside the door!!! Not acceptable! Breakfast was only till 9:30 and the poorest I‘ve ever experienced! Dirty glasses of marmelade/jam (see photos) and only 2 soft cheese options to put on my bread?!? Croissant tastet very dry and the coffee was terrible. Couldn’t drink it! At 9:25 the buffet was cleared by a lady and took away the tea bags while I was getting hot water for a tea. Not acceptable either to clean the buffet 5 min before closing while I‘m standing in front of it. Anyway as I could not enjoy the extremely limited breakfast and dirty tables around me (see photo) so I just left. Luckily I found an amazing bakery next door where I had breakfast instead. In general the hotel needs a better smell on the floors, new sealing in bathroom, soap for your hands, a working air con, more breakfast options, more attentive staff especially at breakfast and housekeeping and more cleaning outdoor as I took the outdoor stairs from the 4th floor and it’s totally full of spider webs and spiders!

Buona posizione,situato in una zona commerciale comoda per i servizi (negozi,supermercato,benzinaio). Personale cortese,camera piccola,essenziale ma perfetta per una breve sosta.Pulizia discreta. Buona insonorizzazione. Nota per me negativa la moquette nei corridoi comuni.
