21c museum hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were a good size, adequately furnished and also quiet. The location was perfect for our short stay as it is walking distance to great restaurants and the convention center. The on-site restaurant was fantastic as well.

I enjoyed my stay over Valentine's weekend. I felt the hotel was taking all possible Covid-19 precautions. The room was nice and I enjoyed the museum and the spa.

I came here with my husband and two children. I had to circle the hotel 4 times before just pulling off. Constantly had buses parked in the area for valet parking. I was told I would be called when my room was ready, I never received a phone call. (Do what you say and say what you do). There is NO security. We stayed on the 6th floor. There were guests that were PARTYING from 10pm - 4am. LOUD!!! They had doors opened drinking, slamming things around, running back and forth and smoking weed. Awesome for my 7 year old and 3 year old to be around. I will never stay here again and would advise NO ONE to stay here.

Enjoyed our stay in the room good view lots of beautiful natural lighting. Had a few lighting issues with lamp and chandelier made front desk aware of it and they had it addressed promptly. Our stay was prompted by a PBS special that showcased the hotel. We were excited to see the museum and it did not disappoint. We had reservations to dine at the restaurant on site but not really pleased with the items on the menu that were not available and a menu that was very limited along with a mistake that they made with my partners meal which created a delay in her and getting her food and us not being able to enjoy our entrée together. would not go back to the restaurant but will continue to patronize the hotel. At check out had a little discrepancy with the rate our court charges which was confirmed via email did not align with the higher rate at the hotel stated we owed Which front desk wrap correct it but maybe for a little bit of a delay at check out. Would like to add upon arrival as well as throughout our stay the Gentleman at the door were so accommodating very helpful and just really appreciated them assisting us with our bags and suggestions on places we could eat while sightseeing.

The art was amazing. The room itself were good. It wasn’t the nicest room I’ve ever been though. It could use a little upgrading. I do like the vintage ness though. But little stuff like the Carpet and tv could be updated. But overall was amazing

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was very courteous. Only complaint is that breakfast burrito was cold, which isnt a big deal but considering overall price of breakfast would have expected better.

Had the Romance package with dinner in room due to counting house being booked. Bottle of bubbly, rose peddles and chocolate covered strawberries in room a nice touch upon arrival. Staff was great and even got a call from the Chef explaining no reservations available but dinner in room would be nice. We will definitely be back!

Ruined my valanetines day

I had purchased a room using a code for their valentines special that included a bottle of wine, a dinner reservation, rose petals, and $50 off dinner. Upon arrival they claimed I had not purchased a room with this code and that I just a plain room, which ruined my valentines.

All staff very pleasant; however, food delivered by room service was lukewarm, one promised item (cotton candy) did not arrive ( though amends were made with complimentary strawberry sundae); we requested extra pillows and they were out; lighting in the bathroom was broken. Given the cost of the stay, we’re unlikely to return. The Future is Female art show was very good!

It was a busy weekend so it took a while for valet to get our car so we could check-in. Staff was welcoming and attentive as always. Just giving a 9 because the rug in our room needed vacuuming and some trash was left behind.
