21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

OMG!!!! What an amazing time!! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out was a pure delight!! I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me the royal treatment! The gallery talk and the performing piece are a must. I even took one of the penguin mascots in my room to hang out!! It was a 10 out of 10 for me. Special shout out to Row, Christie and Jose!! Oh the message from Juith was a yessss! See ya soon Ms Easter

They thought of everything and were accommodating in every way. They allowed us to check in early, opened and closed every door for us, held out bags as we explored chicago a few hours after check out. When we came back to retrieve our bags it was as if they were waiting on us to continue serving in every way they could. Oh! And the art museum was on point as well. I truly could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. 21C Museum is the Chick-fil-A of Hotels in my book. We will most certainly stay here again next chance we get to visit Chicago.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Ropeall was very accommodating to my upgrade request upon arrival. Hotel is very clean, Kure fish at attached to the hotel on the first floor, beautiful decor throughout, comfy beds, and Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent service as usual and a new gorgeous manager on the day of the 11th Farries , kindly offered to carry in my bags and open the door for me was splendid.. Restaurant staff were lovely as was the food. Fantastic place , and it’s superb we have a sexy James Bond now working there to look forward to seeing next time , ummm the black suit . Mindi
