21c Cincinnati is one of those rare hotels that actually lives up to the hype. The rooms are incredibly nice—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed in a way that feels special without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately relax. The staff struck the perfect balance of personable and professional. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful, and on it, which makes such a difference in how a stay feels. The restaurant and bar are also really wonderful—great atmosphere, great food, and a perfect place to land at the end of the day or start the night. But the thing that truly made this stay memorable: I accidentally left a very special watch in my room after checkout. I was sick about it. The front desk immediately took it seriously, worked quickly to locate it, and made sure it was kept safe until a friend could pick it up for me. That level of honesty and care was completely above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful for how they handled that moment. Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks, and people you can genuinely trust. I will absolutely be back.

Experiência desastrosa no 21C Museum Hotel em Cincinnati. Sou associado ALL e tenho status Diamante no programa. Ao chegar no hotel, um atendimento bem frio e sem reconhecer nenhum dos benefícios do status máximo no programa. Solicitei o pagamento com pontos ALL no hotel mas nenhum dos dois atendentes sabia como fazer. Me deram um cartão de visita do sr. David Dooley e pediram para escrever para ele pois era a única pessoa que sabia fazer o procedimento. Enviei a mensagem diversas vezes, encaminhei mensagem ao Instagram do hotel mas nenhuma satisfação foi dada durante a minha hospedagem. No quarto, nenhuma recepção de boas vindas, nenhum upgrade, nem uma garrafa de água como costumamos receber. O quarto estava reservado para 2 adultos e um adolescente mas como sempre não providenciam a roupa de cama do filho. No dia do checkout, nova tentativa para utilizar os pontos, sem sucesso. Orientaram a solicitar ao sr. David Dooley, que permanece sem dar resposta. Tivemos que efetuar o pagamento com cartão de crédito, a reclamação junto à Accor resultou numa mensagem encaminhada ao hotel que também foi ignorada. Um absurdo! Continuo no aguardo do contato do hotel para a regularização do débito dos pontos ALL e o estorno do valor cobrado.

We had a wonderful stay at the 21c Hotel. Caleb, at the front desk, made check-in smooth and Jack (also front desk) was our hero for helping to print out our stubborn boarding passes.

We had stayed here a number of times due to the fact that we were able to valet our Tesla and have it charged overnight. On a long trip, that’s a very helpful thing, especially in cold weather, and we plan our stays accordingly. So when we arrived to check in, only to be told that the hotel did not have a charger, we were unhappily surprised. The attendant told us we could use the garage down the street, which had (non-Tesla) chargers, but since all were marked with signs saying they were reserved and offending cars would be towed, we were unable to charge. Neither the valet nor the front desk seemed to be aware that charging had ever been available or advertised. Yet the Tesla app and third-party booking services all still indicate that the hotel has EV charging. We informed the front desk of this, but were offered only a perfunctory “sorry”, not even a promise to let the appropriate parties know that their information needs to be updated to reflect the actual situation. The hotel itself is starting to look a bit tired with regard to finishes. Beds are still comfortable and in-room coffee is great, but given the lack of charging and the couldn’t-care-less attitude we experienced, we won’t be back.
