This was my first time in Chicago the website for this hotel looked beautiful. When I arrived it did not let me down. The hotel is unique beautiful and very clean. The room was very comfortable and everything worked well. I enjoyed the shower. The bed was very comfortable I slept very well every night.

Long overdue review for 21c Museum Hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I had to fly in last minute to Chicago, and booked the room without doing any research. After several delays, I got into Chicago past midnight. When I walked in, Fatima gave me the warmest welcome. She told me that they were waiting for me, and upgraded me to a corner suite. She gave me several discount cards for free drinks and 21% off food at the restaurant (which really came in handy). The room was smaller for a suite, but sparkling clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was perfect. I also love that they provide two aluminum water bottles that you can refill in the lobby water station. The location was fantastic. A really walkable area just a block or two off Michigan Avenue and close to Riverwalk and the lakefront. Tons of restaurants and shopping and culture everywhere. My brother and my mom checked in a few days later, but he didn't get all the care and attention I did from Fatima, probably because there were a lot more people trying to check in. Fatima is really a hospitality superstar!

This is my first time in Chicago and in downtown area on foot coming from ORD train station by Blueline to Grand station which is about 10 minutes walk to this centrally located hotel. From check in to check out, I had great experience with everything. Alyssa was the young lady that checked me in and she helped me with a special request but she made it happen with no sweat. I needed a small refrigerated for pastries/Gelatos and in matter of 10 minutes, the mini/small refrigerator was brought up to my corner suite by a smiley gentleman. The corner suite is a large room along with good size bathroom with what like to most, the walk in shower. Large and comfortable bed as with most Accor hotel beds that I have slept on. Next morning breakfast at the hotel's restaurant (Lure fish bar) and tried their Lobster omelet which was very well prepared along with very attentive manager and server. This hotel is no let down. they really, really take care of their guests. Thank you Alyssa & Helen and everyone at 21c Museum Hotel Chicago!!! I"ll be back!

Amazing!!! Francisco was excellent as we checked in. We love the lobby. Love the art. Loved the experience. We would certainly come back and visit because it’s just such a cool place. And being in Chicago makes it even better. We will be back!

Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights in Mid July. We loved this place!! We had a room on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the city (especially at night). The room was nice and spacious and super clean. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the little seating area by the window. We sat there and enjoyed some drinks before heading out on the town each night. We had a few simple requests during our stay and the hotel staff were always so gracious to deliver. The location is perfect! So close to Everything! Shopping, restaurants, excursions!! We walked to Navy Pier a couple of times and only took about 15 mins. We also ate at Lure Fishbar twice and the food was Delicious!! Also very lovely staff there as well. I can absolutely say we will most definitely return to this hotel when we visit Chicago!
