Helen was amazing!!! So sweet & kind the service was perfect and I will be back!!!! Onyinye was very generous and kind as well that front desk was a joy!!! This is not my first time at this hotel and the service continues to get better and better.

My stay at 21C Chicago was amazing...From check in to check out. Helen was phenomenal, she listened, was very informed about the hotel, restaurant & general area. Customer service, Room cleanliness & service throughout my stay was 100/10

Amazing staff, they have been super helpful with all my needs for a business trip, from the evening to the day crew. Rooms have great views and breakfast is also great (salmon totally recommended). Andres has been key part in my stay and the receptionists also 10/10.

Fatina was very accommodating and friendly! It was clean and just a cool atmosphere. Easy to get to Michigan Ave. room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I’d book again. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good. It was a great price for the value

Will stay here again.

Quiet rooms. Good wifi. Fast elevators. Cafe is cozy, well appointed and bar just right. Parking garage just around the corner. Of course the artwork made this place special. Shout out to Francisco at front desk who was happy we said we would certainly return ne t time in Chicago.
