Hotel novo, no estilo Aparthotel Adagio, com excelente espaço e estrutura nova e funcional, atendeu-nos mto bem, com 3 pax na família. Ótimo estacionamento tb - limpo, organizado, seguro! Ele é perto da estação de trem de Heidelberg, mas longe do centro histórico - a uma boa caminhada, ou com a necessidade de uso de transporte público ou privado. Apesar do ótimo atendimento no balcão (tanto de dia e de noite), ele foi limitado pois só havia uma pessoa para fazer tudo sempre: check-in, check-out, soluções de problemas, idas aos quartos para resolver questões como a de nosso cofre, q estava fechado qdo chegamos, etc. Seguem outros pontos de melhoria: - necessidade de telefone na habitação; - o fio de secar roupas está em lugar ruim, atrapalhando o acesso à pia do banheiro; - a ⁠janela entre a mesa grande e o balcão da cozinha não fechava e abria adequadamente, e precisave ser forçada para isso; - a ⁠água do chuveiro tinha vazão correta e com força instável em relação à mistura d’água quente e fria; - ⁠ar-condicionado era fraco (não tinha um na sala); - a janela do quarto não abria, estava bloqueado, sem poder abrir em todas as suas posições.

Pontos fortes - localização, tamanho do quarto e seu conforto Pontos ridículos- nao existe serviço de limpeza de quarto. Toalha so troca se você pedir. O quarto fica fedendo. Chega a ser nojento. Hotel da rede accor é obrigatório ter limpeza diaria. Alguns funcionários (nao todos) sal mal educados

The water in the shower is very unstable. While showering, the temperature fluctuates significantly, becoming dangerously hot at times. I was enjoying a comfortable temperature when suddenly the water became extremely hot, almost burning my skin. Because of this issue, I'm no longer considering Adagio for my next stay. Everything else was perfect!
