We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel conveniently located near the main train station and transport links, as well as that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds and the essential amenities in your apartment. We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of your apartment. Please be assured that maintaining high cleanliness standards is of utmost importance to us. Your observations about the carpet, kitchen table, and refrigerator are noted, and I will ensure that this feedback is shared with our housekeeping team for review and necessary action. We strive to provide a welcoming environment, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short in this aspect during your visit. Regarding the shower curtain, I understand your preference for a more modern solution.
