Due For A Much Needed Upgrade - The only thing good is the location to the beach and the size of the pool, I found the staff to be bored and unwilling to be pleasant when you approach them. I am not sure all rooms were like mine but mine looked dirty and very used. This is in no way a 4 star hotel and Accor need to spend some money to fix it up because it has so much potential.

Upon arrival, we were told that we must pay even though our voucher from British airways stated we have paid in full recption were not interreted in the voucher/papers I offered to pay via visa debit but was refused "only credit card" which I do not have so we were told to go out and get cash! Then we were informed that we had booked two rooms, "my wife and I"?. We booked a suite but were allocated a standard double??? After contacting BA, the matter seems to have been resolved. Afterward, in the lift and the lobby, two people asked if we had sorted the payment for the room two other people also told us that the hotel had canceled their room. The rooms are very tired and in need of updating and the recption staff could do with a bit of training.

I stayed 5 nights at Mercure, it's room faced to sea view & there is a beach closing hotel, therefore anybody like swimming more convenient, also there is a swimming pool for the guests. Hotel accessories are well equipped with tv,wi-fi, electric kettle, tea or coffee bags, refrigerator & clothes ironed etc. The breakfast was fine with many choices for western or Asian guests. Overall I very enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Location is absolutely excellent Just walking few minutes to around 12 minutes you’ll reach small shopping mall and restaurants Nice beach the hotel across from the beach Good staff I thanks fully to Mr. Haniff He always guided me to many fascinating places

Very noisy busy road. It has 5 floors if rooms but the outside traffic noise is there no matter which way you are facing. Very good size modern room with lots of space, desk, sofa, coffee table, wardrobe, safe and mini fridge bar top. Clean and lots of natural light. Comfy king size bed. Bathroom is small but good shower enclosure and very clean. WiFi is so slow at snail pace.
