เป็นโรงแรมในเครือ Accor ติดหาดเลยครับ ไม่ค่อยมีคนไทยพักเนื่องจากไกลจากเมืองหน่อย แต่ผมมาพักผ่อน เอางานมาทำเลยมาพักที่นี่ โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าครับ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นครอบครัวพาเด็กมา หรือเป้นคนที่มาสัมมนามากกว่า ห้องพักใช้ได้ เตียงนุ่มสบาย ชักโครกมีสายชำระ แต่อาจจะเก่าไปนิดนึง และผนังห้องค่อนข้างบาง ได้ยินห้องข้างๆคุยกัน อาหารเช้ามีไม่เยอะ พอทานได้ รสชาติกลางๆ ยิมค่อนข้างร้อนเนื่องจากอยู่ติดหาด ขอค่อนข้างน้อยครับ สระว่ายน้ำไม่ใหญ่มาก มีไว้สำหรับครอบครัว ชายหาดสะอาดดีครับ เหมาะกับการเดินเล่นริมหาด

Nous avons réservé pour trois nuit et avons pris une chambre donnant sur mer et heureusement car les chambres donnant de l’autre côté sont en fait direct sur une voie très chargée en circulation et donc c’est extrêmement bruyant donc pour un hôtel en bord de plage c’est fort dommage si on cherche du repos et du calme. Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h et la chambre n’était pas prête. Nous sommes donc allés boire en attendant. Les sièges et les tables sont juste tout le temps sales. C’est pas nettoyé entre les clients une honte et idem au restaurant ! L’hôtel est dégoûtant je ne parle même pas des WC dans les parties communes… À l’accueil de l’hôtel ne comptez pas vous prévaloir de votre statut il n’y a pas le comptoir. Le Check in dure une éternité on a même pas le sentiment d’être les bienvenus. En ce qui concerne la piscine elle est jolie mais calme à peine deux heures par jour. La plage est petite mais elle a le mérite d’exister et d’être privée. Après comptez 5 transats pour 60 chambres… La mer est très sale et il y à beaucoup de méduses. Pour terminer sur l’hôtel en lui même il est totalement non fumeur et nous avons eu la désagréable surprise qu’un soir le bar soit carrément fermé car il y avait un événement donc bah vous n’avez rien à faire. Hôtel franchise et très mal géré on est loin du standing Accor. Le petit dej pas terrible voir même pas top du tout et idem pour le buffet proposé le soir uniquement. Les chambres par contre sont bien. Dommage qu’il n’y en ai aucune équipée de balcon. Les salles de bains sont petites mal ventilées et vétustes. En conclusion ce n’est pas très cher mais zéro service, propreté qui laisse à désirée, personnel pas professionnel de tout et installations vétustes… on doit trouver facilement bien mieux à Penang !

Однозначные плюсы - расположение у живописного пляжа и вид на море. Красота начинается сразу от рецепшен. Большая терраса языком выходит к морю - красота. Номера неплохие. Те, что с видом на море очень тихие. Персонал услужлив. Ресторан сносный. Завтраки приличные. А вот чтобы кто-то вечером ужинал, я почти не видел. Убирают неплохо. Не понравились менеджеры на приеме. Вернее одна из них - большой начальник, которому наплевать на клиентов. Не буду вдаваться в подробности, но она нас, путешественников привыкших к проблемам, огорчила. Вода в море теплая, дно не везде песчаное, есть выходы камней. Детская игровая вообще плохая. Игрушек нет. Бассейн не успевает прогреваться за день. Прохладный для детей. Проблема со стоком воды в умывальнике. Очень плохой сток. Судя по всему везде в номерах. Сантехник много раз приходил к нам и в соседние номера. Очень неудобный умывальник. Кран стоит низко и очень близко к задней стенке мойки - струя воды в двух сантиметрах. Руки помыть очень сложно. Почему хозяева НИКОГДА не вникают в эти мелочи, которые на самом деле мелочами не являются? Четыре поставил только за природу, пляж и локацию.
