Love the renovated rooms. Everything works and works well. The AirCon control is so welcomed, setting temperature & airflow to really enjoy room comfort. Stayed, 2 rooms, 3 nights. Tempted to extend our holidays. Only one little drawback. We were frequent visitors before the pandemic and each time we were upgraded to suite rooms. This time, upgraded but not to suite room. Although Mercure is not required to upgrade us to suite rooms, we feel we are not as welcomed as we were before the pandemic. So sad. Accor platinum member.

My rating says it all. Nonetheless I must give extra credit to Gana @Recep for accomodating my early arrival for my adhoc online meeting. Accor plus is a value membership indeed. Thank you for the hospitality

overall stay is ok since i get upgraded to room with a sea view. i have bad experience during my check in as there's only 2 counters available for check-in and check out. Unluckily i checked in at 3pm (peak time) and i need to wait almost 1 hour to be served. Although i am accor platinum member, i dont get any privileges to get priority check-in. The counter only has the Priority Check-In sign but it dont work that way. Another bad experience i have, as a platinum member i dont get my welcoming drink vouchers and also welcome amenities. And i need to asked for my breakfast - other hotels the pleasantly explained well on the benefits of platinum member. Also, limited parking space. i need to think 10 times before i go out because if the parking is full i need to park at the next building - i am not sure need to pay or not because i decided not to go out. i miss enjoying my dinner in Penang

As a platinum member, i felt not very good in this 2nights trip. and there got couple of feedback i hope it can be improved next. 1. Long waiting 2 hours for check in 2. 1st night didnt upgrade my room 3. No hightea and happy hour be covered 4. No welcome fruit be prepared. 5, No welcome letter or services related note 6. Room didn't clean well(oil and grease can be found on the floor) 7.soundproof very poor (can hear baby cry at the midnight)

we like this place, is very nice place and cleanliness, will stay again with my family and friend ..................... if got give together with breakfast is better...................... when come out from hotel can straight face at sea..nice
