I would advise against staying with family as a number of the family rooms are on the ground floor right on the street so anyone walking past the hotel can see straight into the room which is disturbing. This is clearly a known design flaw yet the hotel have done nothing about it and we were forced to keep our curtains closed for the entire stay to avoid being goldfish in goldfish bowel. The hotel is also very "busy" with a lack of quiet communal spaces and clearly they do not have enough staff for the number of rooms as there was always a long wait at reception and delays checking in due to rooms not being ready. Finally the beds are pretty uncomfortable as the mattresses are made of a strange foam and have a plastic mattress protector which means they are very sweaty.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly efficient staff. Right on the beach, 5 mins from harbour and 'Centre Ville' Deauville. We stayed in a 'Classic Double' with a balcony. Firm but comfortable beds. Good shower. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, sparkling/still water 'on tap' and a small fridge. Breakfast is in L'etage restaurant on top floor of hotel. Great views of the sea and the equestrian centre. Continental style with some hot food - bacon/scrambled eggs €17 each. We ate in the restaurant on a couple of occassions - tasty, well cooked food. There is on site secure parking. €20 a night - decent value for Deauville. You need to contact the hotel to book - definitely advised as was full over the weekend we stayed. Bit of a pain with entry as the entry system doesn't recognised UK reg plates and you have to use the call entry system by the garage gates for access. Has on site gym and pool which we didn't use. Loved our stay here - so near to everything. Lovely staff. Would recomnend and would stay again if in the area.

top location, extra comfy beds and bathroom, relax and helpful at the front desk. In Room breakfast served on time. Swimming pool maybe a little crowdy in the afternoon but overall experience was great. Balcony rooms worth the price! Inside available parking spots should be increased.

It’s in a perfect location within Deauville with the advantage of having its own underground garage, parking in the town is not easy but you need to book a place in advance as it is not too big. All the members of staff we interacted with were charming, friendly and highly efficient and the room we had was ideal for the one night we were there, a bit on the small side if on an extended stay. Breakfast was a typical continental one and perfectly fine but the evening meal left a lot to be desired and, whilst I know food in France is now very expensive, this was eyewatering for what it was. Most hotels want to ‘pre-authorise’ a credit card which blocks the amount on the card but this place actually charges the card, not something I have ever encountered before, I just hope the card company will not be charging their normal exchange fees on both transactions when the refund is made!

At 390.00 per room expected Welcome Drink for me and my wife. Lenghty discussion with Chef de Récéption, who could easily have met my expectation by extending a EUR 5.00 voucher to my wife. Instead, she gave a lengthy lecture on morality and respect in front of other guests listening in. Leaves us with a bad taste of the hotel ! Poor management.

Cher Monsieur, It has to be precised to guests reading your comment that you clearly insulted one of our front desk agent that day, in words I will not repeat here. And yes, guests witnessing the scene heard you. And yes, our Front office manager did tell you that our staff should not be treated this way. If we can understand you do not agree with the rules settled by the Accor group regarding drinks policy in the loyalty program, we can not accept our guests to misbehave with our staff.
