We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Nairobi for a business event, and without hesitation, this was the best experience we’ve ever had—and we host many events. From start to finish, the staff were simply exceptional. A special mention to Yida, Patrick, Winnie, Zippee, Beatrice, and Maurice—they were hands-down the most professional, attentive, and genuinely warm team we have ever worked with. Nothing was too much trouble, and their level of service elevated the entire event. The meeting spaces were incredible—well designed, seamless to operate, and perfectly suited for high-level business events. The rooms were fantastic: comfortable, modern, and ideal after long working days. If you are planning any event in Nairobi, this is the only hotel you should be booking. Mövenpick has set a new benchmark for business hospitality, and we will absolutely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Yida, Zippy and Purity . Breakfast was amazing. Variety of foods on breakfast and lunch. Everyone was friendly.

I enjoyed the food Great service from Beth in BARLUBA she's amazing, kind,polite and patient with people Also the food again it was amazing!! I was excited eating and my expectations were delivered But y'all should change THE VIEW services.. and food there should have variety Also their services there are pathetic. We were chased away in a very humiliating manner just because we didn't take dinner from there..
