The hotel staff is so sweet and helpful! We attended the Christmas movie night yesterday, it was so fun and interactive. The space was really cozy. We really enjoyed our time, with the movies, dancing and singing! Special mention to Grace & Cosolata at Kilele Nyama for their excellent service!

The hotel is purely amazing The staff are full of positive energy and willing to help. They are well informed and attentive to details. Pauline was very welcoming and purely professional Ndolo was really awesome too

The hotel staff service is amazing :) but regarding the Rooms, they are too small and have no basic facilities like a swimming pool, room mini fridge and cupboards and the AC system is broken and the policy of using a card to enter the elevator and each floor door is such a nuisance!
