Disappointing stay at Mövenpick Hotel Beirut

I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Beirut in Beirut from 22 to 24 November. While the room was clean and comfortable, essential housekeeping items were not replenished—shower cap, slippers, and vanity kit were omitted during the stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Restaurant service was consistently poor. Servers seldom approached our table, and when we sought assistance, responses were unhelpful and sometimes confrontational, including from the restaurant manager. This level of service is below expectations and severely impacted the overall experience. Internet connectivity was adequate. Overall, the positives in room quality do not offset the significant service and amenity deficiencies. I expect management to address these issues promptly to restore guest confidence. Rating: 3/5

A great summer start.

We had a wonderful family summer vacation here, enjoying a truly fun experience. The hotel's convenient location by the beach, along with its large pool and beach area, provided ample enjoyment for the entire family. In the evenings, couples can relax upstairs at the shisha lounge/bar. The reception staff were beautiful and attentive, and the concierge team are well-trained gentlemen. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and are eagerly looking forward to returning soon.

The hotel is perfectly located along the Mediterranean sea, with beautiful views of the sea, with room balconies that give you the comfort of a nice room, great coffee and perfect views. The staff is outstanding, Cynthia at the reception desk was extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and have all your needs at your fingertips. Their Hemmingway restaurant is a must go to, with beautiful views good food and great service.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Beirut. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their excellent attention to detail and professionalism—they ensured that the room was always spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. The front desk team was equally impressive with their warm welcome and remarkable speed of action. Any request was handled promptly and with a genuine smile, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and committed to guest satisfaction. I was staying on the 8th floor, the housekeeping supervisors, ahmad and hanadi were great. Front desk employees Rayan and hussein were the best. As for hemingways restaurant, it was amazing, the service is very good and luxurious. Razane and the manager Mr. Ahmad were welcoming and nice. The salon was amazing as well. All employees are very nice and welcoming. Thank you everyone for making my stay unforgettable
