Five Perfect Days in Paradise - Exceptional Service and Stunning Views

We recently spent five nights at Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa in the Maldives, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we landed in Male, the resort staff took care of everything, meeting us at the airport, handling our luggage for the seaplane check-in, helping us purchase a SIM card, and keeping us informed throughout the transfer process. Our ocean villa with a private pool exceeded our expectations. The view was absolutely stunning, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The included breakfast was excellent and served until 11am, which we appreciated. On several days, we found ourselves skipping lunch simply because we were still satisfied from breakfast. We dined at different restaurants each evening, but Bodumas became our favorite, we returned there multiple times for lunch, dinner, and dessert. Everything at Bodumas was immaculate and delicious, and the food quality and service were consistently outstanding. We want to make special mention of the manager there, Gihan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. One highlight was the snorkeling excursion to an uninhabited island (about 20 minutes away). We snorkled, looked for Dolphins and Turtles and enjoyed the speed boat ride. Our hosts were well informed, ensured we were safe and looked after us. The shallow, clear, turquoise waters around the resort made it accessible even for those who aren't confident swimmers to snorkle, and the experience was unforgettable as there are a variety of fish to see. While there are many others to mention, especially the Sri Lankan staff who were so very kind to us (as we are originally from Sri Lanka too), we want to mention our host, Dasha, who went above and beyond to organise all the activities we wanted, providing information about kayaking, booking restaurants for dinner, arranging a complimentary photoshoot, and simply making anything we needed happen. We are so very grateful. Honestly, we struggled to find any areas for improvement. Everything about our stay felt thoughtfully done, and we wholeheartedly recommend Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa to anyone considering the Maldives.

Simply Exceptional. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were welcomed by Fawaz ( the nicest man ever) , he assured us and made everything about the seaplane settled. You feel like you are in good hands. At the resort, we were welcomed by Mila, with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made us feel truly special and taken care of throughout the entire stay. The resort itself is paradise with white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and beautifully designed villas that offer both luxury and privacy. The food experience had a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines, every meal was a delight. The quality, presentation, and flavors were consistently outstanding. Dont miss the daily chocolate and ice-cream hour. The staff, Every team member was genuinely eager to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay feel personalized and effortless. The photostudio guys are also very friendly. A perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate a special occasion. Again special thanks to Mila and Fawaz.

Do Not Book Here!

Do not book here! Our flight got canceled months before our trip to no fault of our own. We were supposed to be able to be refunded up to one week before our arrival date. The resort not only kept our money, they blocked our agent and refused to communicate. We ended up putting a claim in on insurance but this scam should have never happened. Do not book with them. They are dishonorable will steal your money.

I came during the Christmas period. There were plenty of Christmas activities, and I really felt the festive atmosphere. Santa Claus even gave out small gifts. The food was pretty good, with a wide variety to choose from, and there was an ice cream hour in the afternoon. Every staff member would greet you, and our butler, Li, was a very kind person who genuinely cared about whether we were comfortable and if there was anything that could be improved. The sea was beautiful, clear, exactly the kind of sea we wanted to see.
