Отвратительный отель с хамами на ресепшене! Я бронировала кинг кровать, приехав в отель мне пытались дать 2 твина! Конда я носом ткнула девушку, что я специально доплачивала за кинг кровать она сделала одолжение и дала мне номер( на это ушел час разборок) потом выяснилось, что в их отеле система кондиционирования плохо работает и вечный недостаток кислорода в номере! Ходила к ресепшену приходил мастер разводя руками , что ничего сделать не может. И под конец самое прекрасное ! Приковатнное освещение не выключалось , на светильнике был какой то скотч, который должен был взаимодействовать с кнопкой и выключать свет, но от старости больше не держался!на стенах пятна и они обшарпаны!! Я была в разных отелях, но когда ты платишь за 5 звезд , а получаешь уровень 3 заезды это отвратительно!

Mövenpick Hotel in der Nähe des KLIA Airports. Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen ist vorhanden in niedriger Frequenz. Die Architektur des Hotels ist sehr besonders, jedoch ist langsam mal eine Renovierung nötig. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben alles was man braucht. Die Auswahl sowie das Ambiente beim Frühstück sind aber nur durchschnittlich und vor allem der angebotene Kaffee aus den Maschinen hat seinen Namen nicht verdient.

J'ai été déçue car on m'a donné une chambre très éloignée du lobby . La peinture dans la chambre est à refaire. Il y 'avait du moisi dans le couloir et la connexion wifi était mauvaise. Ceci dit la navette aéroport et le chocolate hour sont les plus de l'établissement.
