Staff are very lovely and friendly. Can’t do enough for you. Nothing is too much for them. Bed is comfy and the room is spacious. pool area is beautiful. Many loungers to choose from. The waiters go around on roller skates what is pretty cool. Will come back.

Room service was speedy and tasty and staff member Prince was super friendly. Went to hotel bar to listen to live music and they allow smoking inside, not the best experience.

Very good service served by Prince at the room service ! All the staff is nice and aware for the guests . The hotel has a very nice swimming pool surrounding by a charming gardens . I spent a very nice stay ! I recommend …………………………………………………………..

Excellent service and hospitality. We had a driver every day of our stay. Very clean, and the ambiance is amazing. Our suite was very spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The restaurant and executive lounge food was very delicious and tasteful

Africa is a very nice place, Best trip

I had a successful trip and me coming to Ghana my very first time was extra ordinary I really had a nice time. And I have been to many 5 star hostels in the country and they are nice including Movenpick, Kempinski and the rest. But most importantly when I came to Movenpick it was a nice place and I liked the hospitality there but one thing I was not happy with was the television. The televisions are outmoded for a 5 star hotel like Movenpick. Have been to the restuarent 4 times and ordered from room service 6 times and the room service and restaurant had nice staffs, Mary always with a smile whenever i come in for my breakfast in the morning,very politely.their service was cool, Albert and Okasha was also great on my stay, Restaurant service sometimes get little slow or perhaps it might be due to many orders coming in the hotel that’s why. I enjoyed my stay there and I already picked it as my hotel whenever I’m in the country. Thanks for your services and hoping to experience new services on my next trip.
