Excellent ! 5 star accommodations. Once arriving at Kotoka Airport the hotel shuttle picked us up. Served bottle water and warm towels. Upon arriving at the hotel reception, again drinks were provided along with warm towels. Great customer service private butler, presidential suite with a pool view. Great time at the pool with more drinks and foods. Phoenix restaurants was a pleasant delight 😊

Beautiful hotel, nice room and amenities. The pool and spa were extra added treats. Staff were friendly and professional. The artwork in the hotel was amazing. The only thing that I would suggest is that they shampoo or steam the carpet on the room floors. It takes away from the beautiful artwork. The restaurant and bar were very nice also. The live music in the bar area was a plus too. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Amazing stay, Landry services , reception first experience, swimming pool is exotic and rooms and cushion just amazing and they gave amazing breakfast amazing live band and amazing bar corner for late brb 9am to midnight.

Disappointing. Plusses: very nice breakfast, nice big pool, staff very friendly. Minuses: elevators weren’t working properly throughout our stay and, concerningly, there were no stairs. So significant inconvenience. Very weak WiFi. Very little soundproofing between rooms and with corridor.

The staff was friendly and courteous . Food and service was excellent . The view from my room was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again the next time I'm in Accra.
