Food & Beverage Service Saved the day!!

The only thing 5 Star about this resort is the service we received from the Chef, Giovanni, Uneson, Raymond, and Jan. Thanks for your service. The front desk overall needs retraining. The hotel is aware of the misleading advertising. A sea view is a view of the side of the building and an ocean view is a view of the ocean. I was guaranteed an ocean view upon my return from Boracay and “rest assured” I was not given it. Lots of small errors made my trip very frustrating.

Wonderful service; will be back.

Amazing experience, we had the 12 course balearic inspired dining experience at the Ibiza bar, in The Forum restaurant, food was fantastic. They even swapped some dishes to suit our requirements. Raymonds table service was amongst the best we have experienced in the Philippines. Also Simon the manager was very friendly. Strongly recommended.

My stay at Movenpick was amazing..i was able to enjoy the amenties being offered to guests like gym,beach, pool etc..my room has a balcony with sea view..the staffs were very welcoming..the food was great too..i miss the chocolate hour..i was able to witness Ironman 70.3 during my stay..if i will visit Cebu again i will be at Movenpick..

Dinning at Movenpick Cebu was such an experience!

I had dinner at the Movenpick on the 9th of April and I must say these guys really know how to treat their guests! We felt very welcomed and we received our Bienvenue/Heartist discounts, so I can't be happier ! Thank you for your hospitality and service and special thanks to: Gab, Jan, Raymon and Rudy!
