Possibly one of the best hotel stays we ever had! The hotel itself was clean, modern, great food, etc.... But where this hotel really shines is the dedication their employees have to their guests! Every employee (every single one) always had a warm smile and greeting which really made us feel special! Hotels in the US can learn from them. Added applause for Roi and Lester....they were diamonds among all the gems! A sincere thank you.... can't wait to be back!

I am writing to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay and day use activity at your resort. I was joined by my coworkers and friends to celebrate the success of our business, and we were thoroughly impressed. The location was very accessible, the food was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating, we truly felt like VIPs throughout our visit. I would like to give special recognition to one of your front office staff members, BG. He offered us the day use activity, which was not only affordable but also perfect for my team. BG demonstrates a remarkable dedication to his work; he makes his guests feel valued and truly understands the customer’s perspective. Having a background in the Quick Service Restaurant industry myself, I deeply appreciate employees with his level of commitment. Your company is very lucky to have him on your team. Thank you for a memorable experience. God bless!

our experience was superb! foods are good and delicious, the place is the best, staff are very accommodating and friendly most especially the one at the front desk i believe named Daniel very polite and kind. deserves 5 star rate!

We truly had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Front Office: Special thanks to Jerry Lumacad for taking such great care of us. He made sure our accommodation was comfortable and everything went smoothly. We also appreciate all the front office staff for their warm and friendly service. Concierge: Big thanks to Triskie and AJ, and to the entire concierge team, for always being helpful and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Food & Beverage: Breakfast was delicious every day! The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Special mention to Lester and June for their outstanding service. Housekeeping: Huge thanks to Rogelio for keeping our room spotless every day. His excellent service truly made our stay more comfortable. Thank you as well to the whole housekeeping team. Sales & Marketing: Thank you to Rober Barral for handling our event so professionally and smoothly. Everything was well organized. Banquet: The banquet team did an amazing job during our party last night. Special thanks to Rudy, the banquet manager, for his excellent leadership and service. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay and our daughter’s celebration truly memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
