The room was really not up to standard

2038 The AC is old with the fan cranking The tv is fixed but tilted to right which is really poor quality The curtain is another story the white light curtain is cut wrong Short from one side and long from another The light fixture is very low quality already showing wear and tear The bed mattress and pillows are not good The ac control is emitting light all night instead of using the new control devices All of this stuff shows that the hotel in going down in room quality and even after renovation it is choosing poor quality Pls go to the room and take alook and u will be shocked that u are in a 5 stars hotel I choose this room as it was renovated but in reality The room is very poorly renovated

It was a one NT stay however team members specially FNB team Mr. Ehab and his team at the main restaurant, grill chefs and waiters so helpful, check in lady was spotless and seamless, c/out was quick, pool bar team were fabulous and have sense of humor, location is perfect, rooms need more attention and I think renovation, overall HSK team reinforced the service after I arrived so thank you all I remember Mr. Karam, reservation agent Hossam was the best and helpful during reservation process and follow up, will be back again for sure, thanks to resort management
