I am very satisfied with the overall service during our stay in Madinah. The location is very strategic and makes it easy to perform ibadah. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel atmosphere was calm and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very delicious, high quality, and worth the price. There was a wide variety of dishes, all well prepared and consistently tasty. Special appreciation to the Head Chef, Chef Yusuf, who is very friendly and welcoming to guests. His hospitality and excellent food truly made our experience more special. All the staff were professional and always helpful. Highly recommended for pilgrims visiting the blessed city of Madinah. It is truly a must-visit for all jamaah coming here. In shaa Allah, we would love to return again

Very bad service and to much time to wait for check in I still for more than two hour My experience at Mövenpick anwar Hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was very poor and disorganized. The waiting time was excessively long, especially at the reception and when requesting basic services. Staff were not as helpful or attentive as expected from a hotel of this standard, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. Requests took a long time to be handled, with no proper explanation or apology. The overall service level does not justify the hotel’s rating or price. This experience negatively affected our stay, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in service quality and response time.
