Nice hotel with a high professional management !!! The guys over there was awesome. I would definitely recommend it. A very pleasant and restful stay with a wonderful and high-quality spa, friendly staff, a clean and well-maintained facility, and delicious food that can be customized.I found myself in a five-star hotel that was also a charming establishment for elderly guests.The reception department is very helpful; they verify every request made by the visitor.Come to El Gouna at Mövenpick at the end; it's always sunny there😍😍.Sigrid Bumiller

Beautiful hotel, great staff. I stayed here twice and planning to stick to this hotel for family vacations. First time i stayed in a loft accommodating 3 adults and one 1 kids. Room was beautiful, spacious with great views overlooking the sea and lagoon.The upper floor ceilings is low so for adults, it can require some caution (I bumped my head few times in the ceiling), the stairs as well are very steep so can be a safety hazard (while the stairs do have a safety door upstairs for children). 2nd time i stayed in a standard double room (absolutely gorgeous as well) , pool view and closer to the beach. Meals have a great selection and food is usually very delicious. Hotel is located close to Gouna’s downtown. The 2 downsides are 1) the night shows are just super lame especially in week days 2) the buffet’s desserts are mediocre. But overall, great hotel. Kids club is great. Staff are super friendly with my kids. My favorite hotel in Gouna.

Very bad experience

I will not return. For the first 2 days, the experience was amazing because there were only foreign guests. The resort was very clean, with people wearing swimsuits rather than regular clothes around the pools (they were swimming in their t-shirts and shorts). Everyone was respectful and followed the rules, like waiting in line for breakfast and dinner, and treating each other courteously. However, after those initial 2 days, a group of doctors arrived and the entire resort was disrupted. No one followed the rules anymore - it became very disrespectful. During breakfast and dinner, it was chaotic, with everyone rushing and cutting in line, as if they had never seen food before. There was a complete lack of organization among the staff and guests. At the pool, they were staring at my family and I as if we were aliens, which made us very uncomfortable, and there was no privacy, which led us to decide to stay in our room. When the staff noticed that we were really annoyed and angry, they tried to help, but they had nothing to do except offer empty words. Ultimately, this hotel became a low level of luxury, with groups that did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
