Experience is good , entertainment and shows are nice . It is mice for families and groups . There are a lot of activities for kids also beach and swimmable lagoon access . Rooms are spacious and contains all important items with perfect views

This is not the first time we have been to this hotel. All previous trips were great, and we really liked this hotel. On this visit the service deteriorated significantly. Now there is no normal drinking water in the rooms, as well as in the restaurant. The water is simply poured from the faucet, although the hotel claims that the water is filtered, but the taste and smell of Chlorine is strongly felt. The hotel management did not respond to the request to replace the water with normal drinking water. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for visiting with children. And in general to everyone who cares about their health. I believe that such basic things as drinking water should be provided by a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

The water is filtered by the BRITA system, a worldwide leader in water filtration solutions and bottled and sealed by a professional, outsourced company. The whole process is subject to strict controls by the health authorities and regular laboratory tests. We regret that the taste of the filtered water was not convincing, and we will do everything we can to further improve this offer. Food is average. Nonsence food finger instead of prime dishes.Lack of labels snd food explanation on bemars.Lack of white linen on tables. Crazy use of serviets for cutlery envelope.If you place serviette on you knees ,have to put forks on dirty table.Drinks awfull. Wine very average. Clean pool area.

Ive given this 5 star review, the location looking out at sea is breathtaking, on a calm day , its like paradise, the people that work at the movenpick are so helpful hard working & polite , if you like to read a book lay back in quite with sublime views this is like paradise There was two negatives even though i gave the hotel 5 star rating , the first was food at seafood restaurant the chef that cooked my food and my wifes was terrible served to us but still raw inside! Shame as lovely location and all people that work there are so helpful and hard working but chef let them down The second negative was the nighttime Entertainment area small this needs improving ie bigger stage better seating , better shows So if you like to watch shows at night this is not so good Now the positives , from booking into hotel and pool areas , garden workers, waiters , maintenance , all so helpful and friendly , and the grounds stunning Would definitely return Thank you for lovely stay
