I'm room 5117 and this is my observation till now. Pool bar: today I ordered a frapuccino and the waiter named Ragy who has a very angry look said they don't have and began to serve another one ignoring me.Another cooperarive waiter named Mohamed offered to make a cappucino and blend it with some ice. When he was done, Ragy asked the cashier to charge it on my room!! Although nothing was added except the crushed ice!! And we already paid an all inclusive. Ragy was so frustrated from his colleague Mohamed who helped me. Annimation team: fought together in front of all the guests on the pool today at around 11 am with very bad words and I understand as Iam Egyptian. Main restaurant: not much varities like Baron chain for example, but the service is perfect that the chef himself is always there taking care of every detail. Water: this is a crisis. It's water from the faucet with the chlorine flavour. I'm still here and will continue to write more as I observe.

Experience is good , entertainment and shows are nice . It is mice for families and groups . There are a lot of activities for kids also beach and swimmable lagoon access . Rooms are spacious and contains all important items with perfect views

This is not the first time we have been to this hotel. All previous trips were great, and we really liked this hotel. On this visit the service deteriorated significantly. Now there is no normal drinking water in the rooms, as well as in the restaurant. The water is simply poured from the faucet, although the hotel claims that the water is filtered, but the taste and smell of Chlorine is strongly felt. The hotel management did not respond to the request to replace the water with normal drinking water. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for visiting with children. And in general to everyone who cares about their health. I believe that such basic things as drinking water should be provided by a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.
