Voor de 5e keer hebben wij onze vakantie in dit hotel mogen doorbrengen. Het was wederom een top vakantie. 250 verblijven gerenoveerd, nieuwe padelbanen, gym uitgebreid met een mega kracht afdeling, aanzienlijk meer zitplaatsen bij restaurant El Fresco en als pronkstuk de compleet nieuwe infinitypool met allemaal nieuwe liggelegenheden en poolbar. Het was waanzinnig. In Januari staat de aanleg van een laatste nieuwe pool op het programma. Wat een mooi resort. Een juweel. Het blijft ons verbazen. Een extra compliment voor het personeel en management. Jullie zijn 1 groot team en doen alles voor de gasten. Het kan niet beter. Op naar de volgende keer. Wij kunnen niet wachten.

Het is gewoon een goed hotel. Dat is lichtjes gelogen. Het is er gewoon uitmuntend! Het ligt wel een pak verder van de LuHa Marsa Alam, maar dat mag geen reden zijn om dit hotel niet te kiezen. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel team dat je echt in alles tegemoet komt. Niet mijn eerste keer hier en zeker niet de laatste keer.

Echt een top beleving de gastvrijheid is echt helemaal fantastisch, echt het huis gevoel. Het licht iets verder van het vliegveld maar dat is de reis zeker waard. We hadden een taxi geboekt en die had al water en fris bij zich en wifi van het hotel zodat je gelijk thuis kunt contacten. In het Hotel is de warme ontvangst wat me bij blijft. De medewerkers zijn echt allemaal echt vriendelijk, van de schoonmaker tot beach boy en van de restaurant manager tot de Bali medewerker. Italiaans alacarte restaurant is top, duikschool ook van heel hoog niveau. Iedere dag wel ergens rustige muziek bij de borrel of diner. Kortom echt een aanrader Voor kinderen van 3 tot 16 is er niet veel te doen buiten snorkelen en zwemmen.

Opnieuw een geweldige ervaring en beleving. Zie mijn/onze vorige review maar. Het probleem is wel dat je er alles "gewoon" begint te vinden. Je verwacht niets anders. Het is er gewoon zeer goed vanaf dat je binnen wandelt totdat je echt moet vertrekken :).

Wij komen twee keer per jaar naar dit fantastische resort. Afgelopen mei was de relaxpool nog niet klaar maar nu in november was de area wel beschikbaar. Zo mooi!!! Ik heb zelf de hele vakantie hier kunnen doorbrengen dankzij de goede zorg van onze badman Mustafa en die lieve Mohammed van de poolbar. Zoveel lieve mensen ontmoet en ook de gasten die ook meerdere malen hier zijn geweest. Al het personeel van Mövenpick was altijd zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit is de grote kracht van dit resort. Met dank aan Alec met wie wij gewoon Nederlands konden praten. Nieuwe faciliteiten zoals ontbijt bij de relaxpool en de shuttle van relaxpool naar receptie zijn een welkome aanvulling. Wij vonden het water erg koud dat was iets minder maar hier wordt aan gewerkt. In mei komen we weer!
