Rustig en luxueus hotel aan geweldige duiklocatie

Dear Mr. C., thank you very much for taking the time to share your impressions with us. Rustig, schoon en met een prachtig koraalrif voor de kust. Eten is vers met ingrediënten uit eigen tuin. Kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht en personeel is erg aardig en attent. Speciale complimenten voor de schoonmaker Ali.

Goed personeel, schone kamers, lekker en gevarieerd eten, mooie bouwstijl. Jammer: - niet vermeld dat een gedeelte vh hotel dicht was voor verbouwing. - vaak duurde het op het strand lang om iemand te vinden en vragen om een drankje -veel nota’s moeten ondertekenen

We also regret that service at the beach was not as prompt as expected. Our team is always dedicated to providing attentive service, and we will work on ensuring that guests can easily find staff members when needed. Additionally, we acknowledge that signing notes can sometimes feel cumbersome; however, this process is in place to ensure accurate billing and transparency for our guests. Sustainability is very important to us, and we are constantly working on environmentally friendly solutions. While solar energy is a great concept, maintaining solar panels in a remote region like ours is challenging due to the lack of local industry and specialized technicians. Instead, we focus on other sustainable practices, such as reducing plastic waste and sourcing fresh ingredients from our own vegetable garden. We would have loved to receive your feedback during your stay, as it would have allowed us to address any concerns immediately and ensure you had the most enjoyable experience possible.
