Decent view with poor service and bad food.

From a restaurant standpoint, find someplace else to eat. We weren’t terribly hungry and had dinner in the newer Movenpick restaurants’s cafe. Big mistake. The pizza tasted like cardboard because the “chefs” (I use that term loosely) decided that making something that tasted good took too much effort. The “open faced” sandwich was equally awful. The fries were good, which is something. Otherwise eating at this hotel is like flushing your money down a toilet. Don’t bother. The service in the restaurant was slow and poor.All in all, the food were underwhelming. The view from balcony in lobby was good and only thing saving this hotel from being forgettable. The hotel rooms were decent. Showers were large but grout could be better cleaned. Clearly this hotel is aspiring to be luxury but has a long way to go.

Best stay in Egypt by far. Especially Hamada has been so nice to us and thanks again for his hospitality. The pool was so clean and well managed. We hope to visit here again.

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall service has been outstanding. Everything feels well-organized and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the experience. A special shoutout to Emad, who truly made our stay even better. He makes the best virgin piña colada ever — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor.

very nice and elegant hotel, in a small quiet island close to the Nubian village . place de la panorama is amazing . The hotel is truly excellent and outstanding. The staff are amazing and very professional. I also stayed at this hotel in Petra for four nights, and I was extremely satisfied with everything. Jamal at the restaurant and Ahmed from housekeeping were especially kind and helpful. If I ever travel to Aswan again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The hotel is located on Elephantine Island, separated from the city, which makes it very clean, peaceful, and pleasant.
