Fabulous hotel on Elephantine Island; the location is stunning, as is the hotel. The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, freshly cooked omelette, pancakes, eggs etc Special mention to Shahd on reception who kindly booked us dinner at sister hotel, The Old Cataract and helped us sorting transport there and back - nothing too much trouble…

Relax and unwind whilst enjoying life on the Nile

We stayed here after our Movenpick Nile Cruise. A nice boat transfer from mainland to Elphantine Island where the hotel is located. We stayed in the established part of the hotel which has great rooms and beautiful views over the Nile. The staff where all very welcoming and helpful. Had a great breakfast and dinner. Nice and relaxing place to stay after the hustle and bustle of Aswan.

What a wonderful time we spent in a lovely setting. Ahmed was a very patient and courteous. He helped us with correct suggestions on food choices and the items were real yummy.

We love this resort. It is a beautiful property. Located on an island just across the city of Aswan. It is easy to access by boat. The moment you walk in the staff treat you like royalty. The rooms are luxurious and modern with an Egyptian flare. Hamada at the pool is so attentive and kind. He makes sure you are pampered and taken care of. Ola at front desk helped us secure a car to the airport when we couldn’t figure it out ourselves. Our housekeeper Mahmoud was so attentive bringing silly requests like a glass of milk so we could have tea in our room. Dinner was amazing in the restaurant and the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough If you are looking for comfort and pampering in Aswan. The price more than reasonable for the luxurious stay.
