I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Old Cataract Aswan. Everything was exceptional, but I especially want to highlight how thoughtfully the team accommodated my dietary requirements at breakfast. A special thank you to Amr, who made every morning start beautifully with his genuine kindness and welcoming smile. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which truly made a difference to my stay. The service, attention to detail, and warmth of the staff made this experience unforgettable. I would absolutely love to return.

The food was great, and the rooms were spacious. The staff were so welcoming and kind! The food was delicious and there were lots of different options. I especially liked Asran who was so welcoming in the cafe.

Great hotel in a wonderful location on the Nile. Exceptional service, especially from Solomon serving drinks on the Promenade, and Nour giving the tour of the Agatha Christie and Winston Churchill rooms.
