The food was wonderful and presented beautifully at 1902. The service was spot on. The made to order omelette was Devine. Not to mention the general slender or the room. The entire hotel was a quick trip back to a golden age. I hope to be back one day.

Marina did a great job for showing us the room and the restaurant. I love the hotel so much! The staffs are very friendly and professional!!! I recommend everyone to visit this great hotel in your life!!! The room is amazing, I can't believe it has such a good view of Nile rive😭

Me and my friends had the privlge to the stay at this outstanding historical hotel, we stayed at a suite in the old palac with a nile view which was amazing composing between the old history and a magnificent nile view, we joined the historical tour with Moh who was so thrilling with his storytelling it felt like he took us to a trip into time! it was amazing exprince would love to retrun with my family.

The Old Cataract is a special place. We booked a single night in a luxury suite for myself, my wife and 10 yr old daughter. We have not spent this much on a room since our honeymoon, but we saved up and bit the bullet. After our stay I wish we could have stayed 2 nights! The place unfortuanetly books up quickly. The view from the room was priceless and my daughter literally screamed with delight at the sight of the bathroom, which had a view of the Nile from the bath! The hotel shouts luxury from every feature...the infinity pool, the gardens, the resturants, the staff...we loved it all! Our only disappointment was the age restriction of 12 years old in the 1912 resturant; though I understand the reasoning. However, my very rrespectably behaved 10 year was a bit disappointed. We hope to return one day!

Great experience at the Oriental Kababgy restaurant , very friendly staff especially Mariam, Merna and Peter. Food was delicious (though portions on the smaller side) and prices in the more spendy side but ambience, music and view were amazing ! Would definitely recommend
