I couldn’t expect a better birthday winter break experience, because we were made to feel very special from the ferry on the mainland & throughout our stay in the island hotel, it’s a location second to none. Also it’s a safe & enjoyable place, especially with a beautiful cultural immersive environment, facilitated by excellent friendly staff; solution focused with a smile. It was not just the big things that were impressive, but also the small things we take for granted like freshly made Egyptian bread for breakfast & the authentic local music - All Stars - group at the end of the day in the hotel atrium.

Tries hard but having to get a boat both ways is a pain not romantic. Rooms are clean and well furnished good views. The restaurant is adequate and that sums up the hotel.In Room breakfast was a shambles. There must be better hotels in aswan although at least it is modern.

The days in Aswan at Movenpick was incredible and so relaxing. Ahmed in the spa went above and beyond providing great service and a wonderful massage for my husband. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi too. We hope to come back next time! Room was comfy and view of Nile and poo was lovely.

From the moment we arrived at this incredible hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Saied, the manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel valued and special throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Gamal at the restaurant, whose kindness and professionalism were unmatched. He not only provided outstanding service but also added a personal touch to every meal, making each dining experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was stunning, with immaculate facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, thanks to the incredible team. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon! Thank you, Saied, Gamal, and the entire team, for creating memories we will cherish forever!
