High tea was great, Hadre was so attentive to us, even brought flowers for the ladies’ hairdress! The canapés were delicious and the fresh fruit delightful. Although it was very hot outside we did enjoy the tea . Thank you so much for the attention

Enjoyed our high tea. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Came with AMA Waterways excursion. The votes are spectacular and it is so nice to be in such a historic hotel knowing Agatha stayed here while writing Death on the Nile. We saw a beautiful sunset.

Really excellent service and they offer a gluten free menu for those with dietary restrictions. The view of the sunset was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and listened to ball our requests. It was fun watching the lights turn on one the sun set

Kero was absolutely kind and amazing.. So polite and friendly! He made sure we had a great time! We came for my friend's birthday celebration, he was kind enough to arrange for the cake! Huge thanks to Nagy for the amazing cake! The bar is very elegant! Amazing views of the Nile, pool and the hotel! Must visit when you're in Aswan! So much history here! Iconic experience!

Warm friendly. The view !!! Staff was polite helpful and very nice. The drink were delicious. Your Grp can seat together even if it’s a large Grp. This hotel is steeped in tradition and has a rich history. You feel as if you stepped back in time.
