We are especially sorry to learn that the consistency of our service throughout your journey from the booking process and arrival experience to your stay and the condition of your accommodation fell short of the standards you rightfully expected from a five-star resort. Dear Adel M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered around your pool villa, particularly the bird droppings and feathers that remained during your stay. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness we strive to deliver, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We will be conducting additional training with our Housekeeping team to ensure that villa pool areas receive daily touch-up inspections during room servicing. At the same time, we are continuing to implement measures to better manage the pigeon activity around the villa area. We are also sorry to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations in terms of taste. Your comments have been shared with our Culinary team, who will review the dishes to ensure they consistently meet our quality and flavour standards.
